Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Specialist located in Detroit, MI. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for lease administration, customer service, resident retention, and communication with residents and prospective tenants. The role includes showing apartments, processing leases, managing renewals, and addressing resident concerns.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills

Experience in Resident Retention and Lease Administration

Knowledge of leases and rental agreements

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus

Experience in marketing, including event planning and business to business relationship building.
