Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Merakey in Grand Rapids, MI. Position Type: Full-Time. Shift: Various. Work Schedule: Hours of Operation Monday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm. Responsibilities
Support a caseload with an average of 6-8 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21. Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians. Conduct parent training once a month. Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams. Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines. Qualifications
Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Michigan BCBA Licensure Minimum of one year ABA experience with individuals with Autism Position Details
