Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/BCaBA to join our team. Your responsibilities will include creating an environment of trust with families, designing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising and mentoring behavior assistants, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality ABA services.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide supervision and training to team members, including Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and student analysts

Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and generalization of skills

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress

Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed

Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies

Qualifications

Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB

Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed
