The
Account Manager
manages all aspects of our clients’ growth and personal brand experience. This includes developing brand strategies, creating thought leadership content, and leading cross-functional projects that span our full range of SpeakrBrand services. In addition to managing social media and content strategy, the Account Manager will also oversee client engagements such as website development, brand messaging projects, and book launches, serving as both the content strategist and project manager as well as the main client point of contact throughout the process. You’ll translate each client’s unique story and expertise into messaging and creative that positions them as an authority in their space and drives real business results. Ideal Candidate
You are a natural storyteller, strategist, and relationship builder. You understand the nuance between seeing the big picture and managing the details that make our clients’ visions come to life. You know when to educate, when to challenge, and when to “let it go.” You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a deep understanding of human psychology, behavior, and motivation—able to craft copy and content that moves audiences to action. You’re proactive, highly organized, and obsessed with client happiness. You thrive on collaboration and take pride in being the steady, strategic guide that clients trust to bring their brand to life across every touchpoint. Role Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio (typically 8–12) of client brands across multiple service lines, including social media, brand messaging, websites, and book launches. Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for each client. Lead client onboarding, ensuring alignment on goals, milestones, and deliverables. Develop brand and content strategies that align with client goals and SpeakrBrand’s growth framework. Plan and manage client projects from start to finish - from social calendars to full-scale website and branding initiatives. Brainstorm, plan, and execute high-quality social media and marketing content. Collaborate with the creative team (design, video, copy) to ensure consistent brand expression across all deliverables. Work closely with Growth Strategists to ensure engagement and content strategies drive measurable business results. Manage timelines, tasks, and communication using project management tools (Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Loom). Provide creative and strategic direction for content and campaign development. Continuously look for opportunities to improve client performance, satisfaction, and retention. Desirable Candidate Will Have the Following Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years in account management, marketing strategy, content creation, or similar roles. Proven experience building personal or executive brands across platforms such as LinkedIn. Experience leading marketing projects like website builds, rebrands, or book launches is a strong plus. Exceptional writing and storytelling ability, with experience ghostwriting for executives or thought leaders. Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset. Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Loom). The Ideal Candidate Will Also
