Lead and maintain safe conditions on construction sites. This position will investigate and prevent accidents, analyze risks, and handle emergency response.
Compensation Pay Range: $41 - $57 per hour (eligible for overtime). Relocation assistance may be available.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of safety professionals on our jobsite, finding ways to help each grow and succeed
Collaborate across the jobsite with Field Operations and Project Operations team members, as well as the General Contractor and other trade partners
Conduct various jobsite trainings for team members, and ensure that all training records are logged and maintained
Investigate and document all injuries, incidents, and near misses; identify the root cause(s); and implement corrective actions
Evaluate and ensure proper procedures for crane lifts, excavations, electrical, and other high‑risk activities
Maintain daily reports describing activities completed, critical conversations, issues, and other relevant items

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You’re a natural at conflict resolution and are calm under pressure
You’re able to exercise confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
Your Expertise
You have 12‑15+ years of experience as a safety professional in the construction industry
Strongly Preferred: You are a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) as recognized by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and have served as a CSP for at least 2 years
Required: You have your CHST certification
Required: You’ve completed the OSHA 500 Basic Instructor Course in Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry
Required: You’ve completed an OSHA 30‑house course
Bonus points: You have experience within the electrical construction industry
