Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other business partners to define project scope, balance user needs with technical feasibility, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business terms. Bridge the gap between engineering and impact — help teams see how their work affects customers, prioritize features that maximize value, and ensure technical excellence drives measurable outcomes. Serve as a hands-on leader — contribute code when needed, review team deliverables, and uphold high standards for architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Deep background in software development with the ability to evaluate designs, influence architecture, and participate in technical decision-making.
Experience guiding engineers through performance reviews, career development plans, and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
Proven ability to align engineering efforts with Product, Design, and business priorities while navigating competing demands and achieving consensus.
Track record of successfully delivering multiple initiatives, coordinating across teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes on schedule.
Comfort leading Agile ceremonies, setting measurable objectives, and continuously improving team workflows and productivity.
Natural ability to inspire, build trust, and create an environment where engineers learn, innovate, and thrive.
Eagerness to explore emerging technologies, adopt new tools, and enhance collaboration across the engineering organization.
