Follow and build by using a Gantt chart schedule Provide accurate information for updates Complete daily jobsite reports Schedule subcontractors and materials; allow long enough lead times for subs and materials to be on site at correct times Follow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with minimal punch list Maintain a safe work site, establish good housekeeping; maintain a CLEAN jobsite and observe OSHA, State, County and Community regulations Review shop drawings for accuracy Proactively problem solve Champion Nautilus Homes processes Qualifications

experience in a similar role Proficient computer skills, and Procore certification/experience Ability to read and understand plans from Civil drawings to Interior Design drawings Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high-end Clients, Project Managers, Field Operations, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers Able to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity, and meet deadlines and goals Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our Drug Free Workplace Program A passion for custom home building Qualified candidates please apply with resume and salary requirements.
