Responsibilities
Source and engage high‑potential candidates across a specialist sector
Build relationships with clients and contribute to long‑term partnerships
Shadow experienced recruiters in client meetings and strategy sessions
Track market trends and feed insights into client campaigns
Collaborate with leadership to set and hit performance milestones
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
Confidence working to KPIs in a fast‑paced, competitive setting
Ambition to build a long‑term career in recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
