Senior Data Scientist
to help power their next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll develop and deploy advanced analytical models that drive intelligent decision-making and product innovation. You’ll work with a modern data stack, collaborate closely with data engineers and product teams, and play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support climate-positive solutions. Responsibilities
Building and deploying machine learning models to support forecasting, optimisation and customer insights Designing analytical frameworks to measure and improve product performance and user outcomes Partnering with cross-functional teams to define data-driven strategies and guide decision-making Translating business problems into scalable data science solutions Championing best practices around experimentation, data ethics and model governance Qualifications
Strong experience with Python and data science libraries (e.g. pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow) Proven track record applying machine learning or statistical modelling to real-world business problems Solid understanding of data manipulation, feature engineering and experimentation design Experience collaborating with data engineering teams and working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP or similar) A curious, collaborative mindset and a passion for using data to drive sustainability and innovation Bonus:
