Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on CompassHealth Center when in crisis – every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely. About This Role At the core of Compass we believe in the power of community and connection, which is why we are committed to our group-based programming. As a group therapist, you will spend the majority of your time with our patients facilitating evidenced based groups using modalities like CBT, DBT, and ACT. We are seeking new and experienced clinicians with a passion for delivering dynamic and informative groups for our patients. Engage in the development of new CBT/DBT/ACT skill groups, as needed Provide crisis intervention and support, as needed Co-facilitate creative expression and other experiential therapeutic groups Assist program director in supporting families through phone coaching and follow-up calls Coordinate with treatment team about changes and progress for individual patients Provide clinical observations and insights during interdisciplinary meetings Provide individual support to patients, as needed Provide support to other team members in various treatment groups Provide guidance and support for milieu staff during skills and executive functioning therapy activities/instruction Qualifications

1+ years post-master’s experience Core skill set of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Licenses or certifications: LCSW, LCPC, MSW, LPC, MFT, LMFT, LSW, PsyD, or PhD Experience in partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient program Experience treating Depression/mood disorders, Anxiety Disorders, OCD Qualified applicants should be willing to complete 8 hours of Non-Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention training. This model fosters prevention of crises, de-escalation, and effective management of crises. Upon completion, competency is demonstrated via formal written and performance-based assessments. This range includes multiple career path levels across the organization; where you fall in the range is dependent upon factors including years of experience, type of experience, location, and education/certifications. Compass reserves the right to update these ranges.
