YOUR OPPORTUNITY As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be an essential part of a passionate Human Resources team whose goal is to provide the best Team Member Experience to our teams. Your priority is to provide general Human Resources support to our internal guests. You must have the ability to multi‑task, organize/prioritize tasks, and willingly assist Levy’s Full‑time and Part‑time Team Members as needed.

DAY IN THE LIFE

Recruiting:

Support the applicant tracking system by developing job descriptions, creating requisitions, and posting jobs.

Assist with candidate screening, advertising, onsite hiring events, and offsite job fairs.

Collaborate with HR to find new advertising outlets during recruiting season.

New Hire Onboarding:

Support pre‑onboarding tasks including background checks, paperwork, and new hire communication.

Organize and conduct new hire orientation, including facilitating large group sessions.

Maintain accurate checklists and reporting to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed.

Address questions and concerns of new Team Members during the onboarding process.

Compliance:

Ensure new hires complete digital training during onboarding and annual training as needed.

Assist with accurate payroll processes.

Maintain confidentiality and security of personal Team Member information.

Keep manager files up to date, conduct audits, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Review policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Collaboration:

Partner with HR leadership to develop and execute initiatives that enhance Team Member experience, engagement, and retention.

Participate in HR‑related projects such as diversity and inclusion efforts, engagement and exit surveys, and process improvement initiatives.

Provide training and support to team members and managers on HR systems and processes.

Offer general office, administrative, and clerical support (copying, filing, correspondence, telephone inquiries).

Perform additional duties as assigned.

A PERFECT MATCH

Knowledge of basic payroll and personnel record‑keeping principles and practices; knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and HRIS systems.

Solid organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks calmly and professionally.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; courteous and professional manner.

Ability to represent the company in a professional manner.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Self‑directed, team‑oriented, and flexible.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

1+ years of office/administrative experience required.

College degree in Human Resources or related coursework strongly preferred.

1+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
