Gould Medical Group is looking for a BE/BC Lead Palliative Care physician in Modesto, CA. Position Details
Starting base salary: $265,231 Two-year salary guarantee Sign-on bonus Palliative Medicine consultation services in multiple settings: Hospital, Office and Home. Coordinate with attending physicians, subspecialists and the Palliative Supportive Care interdisciplinary team to formulate a comprehensive, coordinated and compassionate plan of care for each patient and family facing serious illness. Facilitate access to appropriate supportive care services. Coordinate care with hospital-based palliative care services, outside agencies and local hospices. Assist in the development of palliative supportive care standards, and care tools as well as Quality Improvement and Lean Methodologies. Advocate for and educate about Palliative Care with physicians and other clinicians, as well as foundation partners and the community at large Provide mentorship and serve as a resource for future Palliative Care physicians/clinicians and the broader care team.
