We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Systems Administrator to support our enterprise-scale IT operations across 600+ locations. This role demands technical expertise, agility, and a proactive mindset to manage a dynamic environment with thousands of endpoints and a hybrid cloud infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability while supporting frontline operations in a fast-paced, service-driven organization. Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Endpoint Management Administer and maintain Windows and macOS systems across a distributed network. Monitor system performance, availability, and health across thousands of devices. Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated technical issues from IT support teams. Patch & Compliance Management Lead patching operations for Windows and Mac devices using automated deployment tools. Ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities and maintain compliance across all endpoints. Generate and analyze patch compliance reports for executive and audit review. Microsoft Intune Administration Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment via Microsoft Intune. Support mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint protection strategies. SharePoint Online Administration Administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and content structures. Support business units in optimizing SharePoint for collaboration, document management, and workflow automation. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues across departments. Security & Identity Maintain user accounts and identity lifecycle processes. Implement and monitor endpoint security tools and access controls. Assist with internal audits, compliance initiatives, and incident response. Cloud & Collaboration Tools Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and license management. Contribute to automation and scripting efforts using PowerShell and other tools. Develop and support Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and information protection across the organization. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures. Produce operational reports on system health, patch status, and compliance metrics. What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Intune, Purview, and SharePoint Online. Experience managing large-scale environments with distributed endpoints. Proficiency in PowerShell and automation tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, ITIL) preferred. Benefits
