We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with React expertise for a long-term modernization initiative. This position is 70% backend (Java/Spring Boot) and 30% frontend (React / JavaScript), with a focus on UI performance, API integrations, and scalable solutions. You'll collaborate with over 20 teams, modernizing APIs, enhancing UI frameworks, and improving overall system performance. This is a hands-on development role, ideal for someone who loves coding and building end-to-end applications. What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, and UI frameworks Solid backend development using Java and Spring Boot Expertise in API integration and frontend optimization Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Kubernetes Familiarity with Postgres, Cassandra, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize frontend applications using React.js, Redux, and JavaScript Design and develop microservices with Java Spring Boot Enhance UI/UX performance, responsiveness, and usability Develop and modernize REST APIs for front-end consumption Support DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes deployments Work closely with cross-functional teams to recommend best practices Migrate applications from Jenkins to Shield pipeline and assist in database modernization to Postgres/Cassandra Seniority level
