We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Drilling Engineer
to join Warwick Investment Group in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in well design, planning, and execution, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and cost optimization. Experience in the Eagle Ford or Anadarko basins is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Design and plan drilling programs, including casing design, mud programs, and well control procedures Monitor and optimize drilling performance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations Collaborate with geologists, completions engineers, and field personnel to deliver successful wells Analyze drilling data and performance metrics to recommend operational improvements Support vendor selection and manage technical aspects of service contracts Ensure compliance with all company policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline 3–5 years of experience in oil and gas drilling engineering Strong working knowledge of well design, drilling fluids, directional drilling, and well control principles Proficiency with drilling software and data analysis tools Experience in the Eagle Ford or Anadarko basins preferred Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Preferred Attributes
Demonstrated track record of improving drilling efficiency and reducing non-productive time Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and operational best practices Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environment Location

Salary range: $171,600.00 – $392,100.00
