Controlling Business Partner
to join their team. In this critical role, you will act as a strategic advisor to management by providing data-driven financial insights, supporting key business decisions, and ensuring optimal cost control and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate is an analytical and collaborative finance professional with a strong background in controlling, budgeting, and financial planning who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You Will Be Doing
Partner with management as a trusted advisor on all commercial and financial matters, driving data-based decision-making. Lead company planning, forecasting, and KPI tracking while analyzing deviations and implementing improvement measures. Oversee monthly closings, financial reporting, and management presentations, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Support quarterly and annual financial statements, including inventory valuation and ad-hoc financial analyses. Develop business cases and process improvements to optimize performance and support strategic initiatives. What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in controlling, finance, or accounting—ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong background in costing and plant manufacturing accounting, with the ability to manage full plant financial operations. Proven experience partnering with regional finance teams and supporting cross-functional business decisions. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach. Proficiency in
SAP
is heavily preferred; strong ERP experience required. The Perks
