3+ years of HVAC installation experience Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record Your own basic hand tools Eagerness to grow through training and seminars Strong organizational skills for managing jobs and paperwork Ability to lead a team and follow directions Physical ability to work 8-hour days, lift up to 70 lbs, climb ladders, and handle extreme temperatures Why Gorjanc?
