What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a technical owner for the new native iOS initiative, driving execution and coordinating stakeholders
Break down complex problems into actionable implementation plans and guide architectural decisions
Design scalable and maintainable mobile solutions with full test coverage and clear documentation
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define MVPs and customer‑centric solutions
Mentor engineers and promote best practices in design, testing, and team rituals
What is Required (Qualifications)
8–10+ years of experience delivering production‑grade software solutions in native iOS
Deep experience with iOS development technologies, including Swift, SwiftData/Core Data, and GraphQL
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity through iterative experimentation
Solid understanding of web performance optimization within the iOS ecosystem
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with cutting‑edge UX frameworks like SwiftUI, Rive, and Lottie
Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving high‑impact solutions from concept through execution
Familiarity with API contracts and observability practices such as monitoring and logging
