Senior Civil Site Project Manager - Columbus, OH Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 not including bonuses About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join their Columbus operations as a Senior Civil Site Project Manager, leading site development and infrastructure projects for both private and public clients. The position offers a clear path toward leadership, including opportunities for principal-level advancement. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership Manage and oversee all phases of site development, water resources, and multi-disciplinary civil engineering projects. Lead a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and under budget. Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring quality assurance and client satisfaction. Coordinate design efforts with internal and external stakeholders from concept through construction. Technical Expertise Plan and design site grading, utilities, roadways, parking lots, and stormwater management systems. Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and bid documents. Oversee stormwater management, green infrastructure, and water quality solutions that meet or exceed regulatory standards. Interface with public agencies and assist in securing necessary permits and approvals. Provide technical guidance and innovative design solutions tailored to each client’s community and goals. Leadership / Mentorship Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, planners, and field staff. Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers through technical guidance and leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, contractors, and community stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required). Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio (required). 10+ years of progressive civil site design and project management experience, ideally within Central Ohio. Strong technical background in grading, utilities, roadways, stormwater, and site balancing. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and interface effectively with clients and regulatory agencies. Experience working with the City of Columbus, regional municipalities, and/or ODOT. Why This Opportunity?
