Role Overview The Interiors Manager works on renovations and new construction for high‑value multifamily apartment communities. You will serve as the on‑site representative, reporting to the Construction Manager, ensuring smooth daily construction matters and project success.

Responsibilities

Serve as the on‑site representative reporting to the Construction Manager and use clear communication skills to ensure project completion.

Schedule and execute multifamily unit renovations; hospitality experience considered.

Familiarity with capex projects including exterior repairs, amenities, MEP upgrades, and common areas.

Track, organize, and maintain onsite construction materials inventory.

Apply accepted building practices, techniques, code requirements, and market pricing.

Assist with diligence walks, assess property conditions, mark up site plans, and estimate repair costs.

Support project scheduling, conduct construction meetings, update stakeholders, and manage change orders and RFIs.

Help procure construction services.

Monitor and maintain project budgets and schedules, oversee construction activities, and communicate with stakeholders.

Update and maintain internal construction tracker daily.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the construction field.

Comfortable leading construction crews to completion.

Familiarity with construction equipment.

Strong record in real‑estate construction.

Proven project coordination skills for each stage of construction and renovation.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and costing skills.

Able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Project).
