Overview
Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Navan. Youll define, lead, and evolve programs that improve how Navans GTM teams operate, sell, and grow the EMEA region. Youll own the development and rollout of strategic initiatives, build training and content, and work directly with GTM leaders to align programs to business goals. This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with global GTM, customer success, product marketing, and operations to ensure programs are adopted, impactful, and optimised. Success is strategic, data-driven, and execution-oriented with a focus on driving results in the field. What Youll Do
EMEA Field enablement programs: Design and build impactful programs, lead and evolve them, and adapt to drive performance and productivity at scale. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with EMEA GTM leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and impact of enablement efforts. Performance measurement: Define and manage enablement success metrics, synthesize insights from multiple data sources, and use them to improve future programs and strategy. Process & tool optimisation: Evolve GTM tools and systems, identify friction points, and drive improvements across teams. Continuous improvement: Create feedback loops between the field, leaders, and enablement teams to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and lead enhancements that scale with the business. What Were Looking For
5-7+ years of experience in GTM enablement, productivity, or revenue operations within a high-growth B2B environment A track record of leading strategic programs that drive measurable improvements in GTM performance Experience partnering with GTM leaders to influence behaviour, reinforce methodology, and support team success Strong execution and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment Pay Range: $132,000 USD - $215,000 USD Job Details
