Overview Capstone, an Alera Group company, is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Executive. Responsibilities
Support marketing of renewals, drafting and preparing renewal client proposals as required
Processing of endorsements
Issuing certificates, evidences, and ID cards
Maintain and keep current all bookkeeping systems, database, and records
Processing Non‑Pay Cancellations and resolving billing issues
Providing superior customer support by managing customer needs to a successful and timely resolution
General miscellaneous tasks as required
Qualifications
Preferred – 5+ years Commercial Lines experience
NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
Customer‑service oriented – ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer
Proficient in Microsoft O365 (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.)
Familiar with Agency Management Systems and Carrier websites is a plus
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs as required
Additional Information This is a regional specific remote role for New Jersey. Salary range is $65K to $110K per year. Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.
