COO Role Overview
The Business Development VP/Director will be responsible for driving growth in the U.S. and global markets reporting directly to COO. Must have structured financing sales experience – selling structured loans. This business function is very similar to traditional finance for Mining Loans – using your assets as down‑payment to buy mining machines. E.g. Crypto Collateral – using mined crypto to get more loans. Crypto experience is a nice to have. What You’ll Do
Drive growth opportunities: Identify and pursue potential clients, partnerships, and market segments across the U.S. and EMEA. Expand customer base: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that accelerate client acquisition and revenue growth. Build trusted relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate internally: Work closely with product, operations, legal, and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus. 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within crypto, mining, or financial services. Demonstrated knowledge of the crypto and mining industries, including key players, products, and regulatory trends. Proven track record of originating, negotiating, and closing complex deals. Strong network of institutional or enterprise clients in fintech, digital assets, or adjacent industries. Seniority level
