Responsibilities
Design building automation systems and control logic.
Create project submittals and develop system layouts.
Collaborate with engineers on electrical and HVAC-related designs.
Produce control sequences and support field technicians.
Train facility operators on control systems.
Qualifications MUST HAVE
4+ years of experience in Building Automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC Controls.
Experience with one or more BAS platforms (JCI, Delta, Andover, Schneider Electric, Trane, Automated Logic, Distech, or other).
Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems.
NICE TO HAVE
BS in a related field.
DDC or PLC design.
BAS/BMS programming.
BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus.
Tridium Niagara.
