Training & development Job Description

We are currently hiring

experienced Structural Steel Ironworkers

for ongoing and upcoming projects. You will be responsible for the erection and connection of steel structures including beams, columns, braces, joists, and decking. Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications Unload, place, and connect steel components using cranes, rigging, and hand tools Bolt-up, weld, and align steel components to exact specifications Work safely at heights on steel frameworks Use appropriate PPE and adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and welding tools (if certified) Requirements

Minimum 2 years of structural steel erection experience Familiarity with tools and rigging equipment used in steel erection Comfortable working at heights in all weather conditions Strong understanding of safety protocols and fall protection Ability to read structural drawings and connect steel accordingly Must have reliable transportation NCCER, AWS, or other welding certifications are a plus OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 If you are interested in applying for this job please press the Apply Button and follow the application process.
