is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute the content strategy for the RYTHM and Dogwalkers brands. The role requires flexible travel (15–20%) and the ability to work evenings and/or weekends during events. As a member of the Brand Equity & Activation Team, you will collaborate with events & experiences, creative, local marketing, sales, compliance, and external partners to craft authentic moments of connection that build our brands. Responsibilities Develop and execute a winning social media strategy that helps RYTHM and Dogwalkers achieve engagement and growth goals. Create an ongoing content calendar for all key social channels, partnering with broader brand teams and influencer content. Lead content creation across design team, in‑house creators, external partners, and self‑produced lo‑fi videos & photos (e.g., Photoshop/Canva). Continuously monitor ROI and translate channel/campaign data into actionable insights. Conduct periodic competitive audits and implement new/reactive plans as needed. Manage social media influencer relationships and content parameters. Execute community management across all RYTHM and Dogwalkers social channels. Establish social KPIs/goals and produce monthly reports tracking progress. Stay up to date on social media guidelines and restrictions with a focus on successful workarounds by channel. Travel to occasional RYTHM or Dogwalkers events to capture and deliver real‑time social content. Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in social media management, leveraging Instagram & Facebook, and ideally Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube. Proficiency with social tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Manager, Hootsuite, or similar. Ability to create content across platforms, leveraging basic graphic design (Photoshop/Canva) and lo‑fi photography and video skills. Strong copywriting skills to craft engaging, brand‑voice‑appropriate content. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines and diverse stakeholders. Comfort in a fast‑paced, pivot‑heavy environment, particularly within the regulated cannabis industry. Deep knowledge of social media trends, world news, popular culture, and fandoms. Understanding of cannabis culture and authenticity in cannabis brand social media. Additional Requirements Pass all required background checks. Remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. Possess a valid driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain state badging agency approval to work in the cannabis industry. Green Thumb Pay Range: $70,000—$85,000 USD
