The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in promoting Luxury Coast Group’s listings, brand, and agents across digital and print platforms. Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement cohesive digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive qualified leads. Manage SEO/GEO initiatives, including keyword optimization, on-page improvements, and blog creation/coordination to boost visibility. Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure consistent brand alignment. Track digital marketing performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to measure ROI and provide actionable performance reports and recommendations. Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and strategies, proactively recommending creative approaches to develop and enhance marketing initiatives. Social Media Management
Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Design posts and email newsletters in Canva and Constant Contact, crafting platform-specific captions and graphics for property and brand content. Manage Instagram Stories, reels, and other content formats to highlight listings, open houses, and community engagement. Maintain consistent posting cadence and adjust strategy based on performance analytics and audience insights. Email Marketing & Eblasts
Collaborate with agents to develop effective email campaigns for listings, market updates, and weekly newsletters. Write, proof, and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compelling calls-to-action. Website & Content Management
Maintain website content, including neighborhood/community details, listings, agent bios, testimonials, and accolades. Coordinate with our website provider, Luxury Presence, to optimize and maintain website. Support/create content for blogs, landing pages, and other web initiatives. Print & Traditional Marketing
Coordinate with graphic designer and agents to produce brochures, flyers, mailers, and publication ads. Oversee and/or create high-quality and timely print materials for listings, presentations, and community mailers. Manage advertising placements in publications as needed. Community Engagement & Administrative Support
Coordinate participation in local community events, sponsorships, and partnerships. Support general office operations, agent onboarding, MLS updates, and open house coverage as needed. Qualifications & Attributes
Proven ability to execute marketing initiatives successfully from concept through completion while meeting deadlines. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance competing demands from multiple stakeholders. Adaptable and flexible in response to evolving business needs and market conditions. Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills. Creative thinker who takes initiative and presents innovative solutions to achieve business goals. Positive, collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media platforms, Google Ads, and emerging marketing trends. Can-do attitude with a focus on results and delivering high-quality work.
