Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SCRUM Master to lead agile software development efforts in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to fostering team collaboration, driving delivery of high-quality solutions, and promoting continuous improvement. The SCRUM Master will ensure alignment with project goals and customer expectations. Responsibilities

Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act as the liaison between development teams and stakeholders. Administer and maintain Jira boards, sprints, and issue tracking. Identify and remove impediments to team progress; implement process improvements. Assist Product Owners in backlog management and priority communication. Monitor and report agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress. Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, UX designers, and business analysts to meet sprint objectives. Preferred Skills

Experience working in government or regulated environments. Technical background or understanding of full-stack development. Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks. Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years\' experience as a SCRUM Master supporting software development teams. Strong grasp of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and frameworks. Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and iterative delivery models. Requirements
