Your Future Team As a Senior Associate for Marketing Communications, you will help develop and implement strategies to communicate internally/externally, and marketing to promote our products or services to achieve business growth. You will report to the Manager, Marketing & Communications. You will work with multiple teams, including department managers, designers, sales teams, and external partners, to implement marketing campaigns and plans, including social media.
What You’ll Do
Partner with cross‑discipline team members to support collaboration and promote positive client experience for financial advisors
Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans that align with Hightower’s goals and target audience
Implement strategies across several channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more
Take ownership of end‑to‑end campaign execution, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and analysis
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance goals
Improve campaigns based on important metrics and insights
Create engaging and marketing content such as blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, case studies, and website copy
Coordinate with team members and external agencies to develop high‑quality content that resonates with the target audience
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Use data‑driven insights to inform marketing strategies
Analyze marketing metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend areas for improvement
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture qualified leads
Implement lead scoring and tracking mechanisms to improve lead management processes
Collaborate with corporate and advisor teams to ensure messaging, branding, and understanding of marketing efforts
Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns and projects
Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral
Monitor brand perception and reputation, and address any issues that may arise
Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness
Stay updated on industry trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing
Recommend new marketing tools, platforms, and strategies to inspire creativity and improve campaign performance
Serve as a Hightower brand ambassador by upholding The Hightower Way cultural elements – Mission, Purpose, V.A.L.U.E. Experience, Commitment and Standards, promoting excellence in the internal and external client experience during every encounter
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing roles
Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and PPC
Experience in campaign management, from planning to execution and analysis
Demonstrates the ability to interpret data and apply insights to inform and support business decisions
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
