Field Sales and Marketing Representative

In this position, you will drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retailer partners. This role develops selling, account management, and communication skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $54,000.00/yr

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform best-in-class sales and service to consumers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Maintain regular contact with store associates and management to cultivate strong relationships.
Monitor weekly sales and analyze monthly results to identify opportunities and understand the competition.
Participate in the TTI Training Program and apply acquired skills to deliver results.
Initiate and provide in-store product training sessions and demonstrations for store associates, management, and customers.
Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
Plan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc.
Develop knowledge of the marketplace to analyze market potential and communicate competitor data.
Maintain store and product aesthetics through merchandising and objective completion.
Stock and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Participate in store resets and merchandising installations to expand brand presence.
Sell directly to customers in the retail environment.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor; strive for continual improvement in knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.
Job / Employment Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid United States driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
Ability to pass a drug screen and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
Travel to/from assigned store locations, meetings, projects, and events.
Ability to transport a small amount of company property (demo tools, tool kit, supplies).
Relocation may be required for future opportunities.
Ability to work nights and weekends as required; full-time retail environment.
Ability to stand for the duration of shift; lift up to 50 lbs; reach and climb as needed.
MS Office proficiency.
Self-motivated, team-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Non-Exempt Position (Overtime Eligible)
Starting between $24.04 and $25.96/hour, equivalent to a target annual salary of $50,000 - $54,000
Sales contests and incentives to earn additional income
Vehicle allowance of $400/month (target $4,800/year)
