This position, under the direction of the Area Director, works directly with the home QIDPs in overseeing all aspects of residential life for the people that live at JIRDC, including the development, administration and maintenance of resident’s individual program plans, teaching objectives, and active treatment. Ensures compliance with Federal Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Standards, State and Federal Statutes, and facility operational policies. Identifies strengths and weaknesses in homes’ service delivery systems and collaborates with QIDPs to develop results-based strategies to improve and maintain appropriate services within each home. Salary Range: $39,671.00 - $69,426.00 The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) / Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred: Documented experience working as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) or Qualified Professional (QP). Documented experience developing programs and/or person care plans. Thorough knowledge of concepts, practices, and techniques in the field of intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Documented skills in individualized educational planning, and/or individual service planning and outcome documentation. This Position Is Designated As Mandatory And Must Report Or Stay Over During Adverse Weather Events. We will be recruiting for multiple positions with this post. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center is located near Charlotte and Asheville, with access to local amenities and outdoor recreation.
