to join our Accounting Department. Bath Fitter, the leader in one‑day bath tub and shower remodeling, has an immediate opening in our office in Albany, NY. What You’ll Do:
Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Keep our financials neat, tidy and audit‑ready. Prepare and process invoices and payments in a timely manner. Assist with account reconciliation and accuracy of transactions. Support month end and year‑end financial closing procedures. Generate financial statements and reports to provide insight on financial performance. Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies. Assist with financial audits and reviews as required. Be able to collect payments and call clients, if necessary. What’s Required:
2 years of bookkeeping experience or accounting roles, preferably in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in accounting software; experience in QuickBooks is highly desirable. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
