Required Skills
Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse (5 Years)
Experience in designing, implementing and migrating solutions utilizing Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (Flow) (5 Years)
Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell Scripting and SPFx (5 Years)
Custom Development experience using .Net, JavaScript and C# (5 Years)
Experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 Environments (2 Years)
Experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using Azure Synapse / Azure Data Factory (3 Years)
Total IT experience (8 Years)
Desired Skills
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (1 Year)
Experience with customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug‑Ins, Workflows and BPFs in D365 (3 Years)
About the Role Client is looking for an experienced hands‑on Power Platform developer. The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced with Microsoft’s Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse. Strong communication skills are required to effectively discuss technical and business requirements.
Responsibilities
Create and configure Power Apps / Power Automation (both Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps)
Build Power Pages for external and internal websites
Leverage SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell scripting and SPFx as needed
Design, customize, configure, develop, deploy and use Microsoft Dynamics 365
Use Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance solutions
Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions
Map business challenges to solutions and develop applications using Power Platform
Maintain certifications in PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer
Participate in code reviews, enforce standards and best practices
Troubleshoot D365 / Power Platform issues; document solutions and coordinate fixes with IT resources
Prepare prototypes and mockups based on requirements and platform capabilities
Apply best practices and define governance for platform usage
Work within Agile SDLC processes
