Litigation Associate – MetroWest General Practice Firm
A well-established and busy general practice firm in the MetroWest area is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our growing team. We handle a wide variety of civil, commercial, and general litigation matters and are looking for a motivated attorney who enjoys a diverse and fast‑paced practice.
Responsibilities
Manage a broad range of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Collaborate with partners and colleagues on complex litigation.
Maintain strong communication and advocacy for clients throughout the process.
Qualifications
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required.
3–8+ years of litigation experience; general practice or diverse litigation background preferred.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
Experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation a plus.
Professional, proactive, and team‑oriented approach.
