Milestone
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Extend to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday HCM and Integrations, combined with hands-on technical skills in Workday Extend, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio. This role requires a blend of functional knowledge and technical expertise to design, implement, and support scalable Workday solutions that meet complex business requirements.
Responsibilities
Act as the techno-functional lead for Workday Extend-related projects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical and functional Workday solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend.
Work on integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to implement and optimize Workday solutions.
Provide day-to-day support for Workday modules, troubleshoot issues, and drive root cause analysis.
Ensure system configurations align with business processes and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation, technical design specs, and user guides.
Support Workday releases, testing cycles, and change management activities.
Requirements
5-10 years of overall Workday experience.
Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll.
Hands-on experience with Workday Extend (must-have).
Solid experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
Ability to work as a bridge between technical and functional teams.
Strong understanding of business processes and HR/Finance domain knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
