The Boeing Interiors Certification Team within Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Entry‑Level or Associate Safety and Airworthiness Engineering Support Analyst to join our team in Everett, WA.
The Payloads Organization is responsible for everything you see when you fly; and much of which you don’t. The interiors of the airplane, along with the cargo compartments, exterior markings, associated systems, and cabin safety all make up Payloads. We serve our airline customers by fulfilling their mission, representing their brand, and shaping how the public experiences flight. Our organization is fast‑paced and dynamic, drawing on many engineering backgrounds. In this role you will be responsible for work that spans the product lifecycle—from engaging with customer requests to supporting post‑delivery changes. Your work will include interfacing with project engineering, production engineering, program/product teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement engineering solutions through the cabin safety certification processes, drawing on the expertise and resources of the interiors organization to certify and deliver the best interior products in the industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and communicate strategies, policies, and initiatives to enhance safety and airworthiness of Boeing products and services.
Assist in developing, gathering, and documenting basic technical data for company products and system‑level concepts in projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.
Assist with the application of systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of basic systems of systems, systems and new product development.
Work with design engineers on showing compliance with FAA regulations, developing/using issue papers, and establishing equivalent levels of safety.
Assist in developing new design/analysis processes and tools to improve the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the development effort.
Position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Basic Qualifications
Level 1: 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Level 2: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience presenting data to customers, suppliers, and program and site leaders.
Associate degree or higher.

Entry‑Level (Level 1): $60,350 – $81,650
Associate (Level 2): $73,950 – $100,050
