As an Enhancement Manager you’ll feel right at home in your “field” office, always being on the go, checking in on your crews and meeting with clients to ensure that we’re exceeding their expectations.

What You’ll Do
Purchasing, planning, scheduling, and implementation of enhancement projects.
Supervise all enhancement service activities and manage quality control of the crew according to contract and client specifications.
Assist Account Manager as needed during estimating phase.
Communicate changes needed on jobs to Account Managers.
Communicate with Property Manager or Client Representative as needed to form a strong relationship.
Hire, train and develop enhancement crews to work efficiently and safely.
Use the latest industry technology and applications to manage your team, schedule crews, calculate and track hours and keep to your budget.
Contribute to our safety culture by leading weekly safety trainings and performing monthly truck safety audits; follow company safety protocols, identify, and communicate safety issues to the team.
Coordinate with other departments including Irrigation, Fert/Spray, Safety and the Field Support Team (back office) to promote a seamless workflow.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major preferred; Associate degree or relevant experience also considered.
Knowledge and experience of all aspects of landscape installation, including low voltage lighting, irrigation, drainage, and hardscape installation.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Experience managing crews that perform landscape or related services.
Ability to follow directions, perform assigned tasks, and delegate to crews.
Ability to identify plant material and insect/disease issues in the landscape.
Proficiency in Crew Mobile and Aspire scheduling.
Very rarely do we hire anyone into this role that doesn’t have landscape experience.
Plant knowledge is key.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
