Job Summary The Operations Project Manager will work closely with the Head of Site Operations to assist the Site Head and the Site Leadership to reach the business objectives and site achievements. This position is designed for MS or BS graduates who have strong desire to grow a career and make an impact in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. This position introduces great learning opportunities for the candidate who is new to biotech industry.

Responsibilities

Enable business execution through seamless support and effective coordination.

Effectively drive business operations meetings and other activities to ensure timely escalation and resolving project execution related issues. Specific actions include but not limited to organizing meetings, preparing meeting agenda and minutes, tracking and following up on action items, managing business reports and town halls, etc.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support business outstanding needs. Specific actions include but not limited to assisting with tracking business operation project timeline progress and coordinating cross function department tasks to ensure business goals delivered on time.

Promote global shared learning through collaboration with other BUs local and global.

Drive business support and PROUD culture promotion through proactive management of site activities: manage site engagement activities, monthly newsletters, site events and other local special activities and shared learning sessions.

Provide support to global visitors and global assignees.

Coordinate with global in managing ESG, DEI and other related activities.

Manage volunteer day and other community service activities.

Optimize Business Acumen and Effectiveness.

Manage HC and budget tracking.

Conduct site operations related data analysis, slides preparation for various site support activities using Microsoft office tools.

Assist Site Head and PM Lead in organizing client onsite visit logistics and serve as coordinator to work with related site leaders and staff to ensure visit success.

Streamline processes to save cost and improve efficiency.

Provide support to other critical tasks related to operation, such as document drafting, site staff activity design and publication, operation related procurement activities, etc.

Assist site leaders in alignment and communication of site goals delivery.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

B.S or M.S in Bioscience/Biotechnology field. 2-3 years of relevant biopharmaceutical industry or project management working experience is desired but not required.

Stable working permit in the US.

Excellent planning and execution skills; able to translate strategy into effective actions.

Excellent communication and writing skills; fluency in Chinese is a plus.

Strong skills in creating dynamic PowerPoint slides and being creative in activity design.

Strong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across diverse technical, business, and operational areas.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight timelines.

High attention to details with strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for work and continuous improvement.

Self-starter, self-motivated, highly flexible with the dynamic site activities and international work time zones.

Proficient skills using MS Office products, especially Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and Project.

Salary Range 66k-105k
