$65.00/hr - $70.00/hr As a contract Motion Designer you have versatile creative skills and are excited to put them to the test executing world‑class creative. From conceptualization to execution and delivery, you’ll be a trusted consultant throughout the creative process bringing the ideas and vision of our creatives to life. You will
Create complex animations for a variety of digital media platforms across various lines of business Be capable of taking and implementing feedback Produce versions of content that demonstrate awareness of the content’s intended end use and resolve potential problems ahead of time Collaborate and build relationships within the Wander team, as well as across other agency disciplines and offices Maintain focus and quality of output while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment You have
5+ years of experience in motion design A strong portfolio and reel showing proven experience in UI app flows and explainer style videos Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma Experience in Cinema 4D and other industry‑standard motion & video software is favourable Problem solving capabilities and an openness to learning the newest tools An eagerness to collaborate with other creative people Excellent communications skills The Talent Team at Critical Mass is focused on ensuring we provide the best training, onboarding, and employee experience possible!
