Responsibilities
Review and evaluate engineering documents and contract deliverables to ensure performance and quality meets standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
Lead and participate in root cause and corrective action analyses (RCCA) and failure investigations for high-impact issues.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Mission Assurance and Global Supply Chain to ensure quality is inherent in every requirement, design, work product, and end product delivered by Northrop Grumman.
Identify potential risks related to hardware and software products and develop mitigation strategies.
Analyze and identify gaps in project/program requirements and help drive proactive solutions.
Collect, analyze and report key performance indicator data/metrics and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and improve performance.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree with 12 years of related experience, OR Master of Science degree with 10 years of experience, or PhD with 8 years of experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret Clearance.
Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
Familiarity with AS9100.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university.
Experience in the defense industry supporting government contracts.
AS9100 certified internal auditor.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical and non-destructive inspection techniques.
Salary Primary Level Salary Range: $147,700.00 – $221,500.00.
