Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is a clinician‑owned and operated home health agency serving the special needs community, currently hiring part‑time or full‑time certified Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLP).

Job Description A certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will implement treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional disabilities and delays by planning and administering speech‑therapy services in the home and community.
Requirements
ASHA certification
Texas State SLP License
Current CPR certification
A minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
Responsibilities
Provide high quality care and meet the needs of the patient and family by performing evaluations, interpreting assessment results, and developing appropriate goals.
Create and implement speech‑therapy treatment plans in conjunction with the physician.
Assist pediatric patients in developing or regaining cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional functioning, and improve their level of independence.
Educate, coach, and empower caregivers and families to transfer therapeutic activities into the child’s daily routine.
Coordinate with referral partners to provide services for children in accordance with the physician order.
Design and instruct patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs to ensure continuity of care after discharge.
Document patient care services and care coordination in an intuitive electronic medical record system.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
