Step into a role where autonomy and decisive action are part of your daily toolkit. As the Field Service Operations Coordinator, you’ll support a high-performing Service Organization, report to our Process Service Manager, and directly shape customer satisfaction across busy, fast-moving business units.

A day in your world

You start by checking the pulse of the service group—reviewing open cases in Salesforce, prioritizing requests, and synchronizing with local Field Service Managers (FSMs) and Field Service Engineers (FSEs) across your assigned office(s). A customer call comes in with an urgent request—you route it, schedule and deploy the right FSE, and open a corresponding case. Next, you prepare a quote, help with a requisition and PO, and update an Ellison Service Agreement. Before lunch, you invoice a completed job and reconcile inventory transactions. In the afternoon, you jump into general office needs—replenishing supplies, sorting mail and UPS shipments—then close the day coordinating service projects and confirming tomorrow’s schedule.

What you’ll own

Opening, coordinating, and managing service orders and service projects end-to-end

Hands-on support for local FSMs and FSEs in assigned office(s)

Routing incoming calls from internal and external customers to drive timely resolutions

Producing quotes; scheduling and deploying FSEs; opening cases in Salesforce

Assisting with requisitions and POs; creating and managing Ellison Service Agreements

Customer invoicing and inventory management activities

General office operations: supplies, mail, UPS, and related tasks

What you bring

Exceptional organizational and PC skills (especially Microsoft Office)

Proven internal/external customer service experience

CRM or similar business-system fluency to navigate and execute service processes

Confidence engaging at all levels of the organization and a solution-first mindset

Clear, professional communication—written and verbal

Comfort juggling multiple priorities, setting the right sequence, and working with minimal supervision
