Responsibilities
Recruitment experience in Allied Health is highly preferred.
Support the full lifecycle recruitment process across the RWJBarnabas Health system within the Talent Acquisition & Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE).
Drive recruitment strategies, build trusted relationships, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.
Report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Innovation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and guide hiring decisions.
Build strong, diverse pipelines to fill open roles with top talent.
Focus on high-priority or hard-to-fill positions and tailor sourcing approaches accordingly.
Represent RWJBH at career fairs, open houses, and orientations; travel as needed.
Manage the offer process with confidence and professionalism.
Communicate clearly and promptly to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Utilize tools, technology, and social media to attract and engage talent.
Support internal employees with transfers and career growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date systems and reports.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field (master’s a plus).
3-5 years of hands-on experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
Confidence using ATS platforms, CRMs, and HR systems to stay organized and drive results.
Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage several searches at once while keeping the candidate experience front and center.
Flexibility to travel locally, regionally, and nationally for events and internal meetings.
