Senior Technical Business Analyst
Wendy’s is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst. As part of the technical team, the analyst will analyze business processes, document systems, and capture requirements. They will track changes, understand work sequencing, identify risks, and report progress. The role serves as an intermediary between technical teams and product owners, ensuring software solutions meet business needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Perform analysis for applications and partner with the product team to understand business objectives and product roadmaps.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and drive standardized business processes across engineering.
Analyze and document current technology stacks.
Produce reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to stakeholders.
Communicate requirements and functional specifications to product engineering teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical program management, or project management (or equivalent).
Proven team player who works well with both technical and non‑technical resources.
Comfortable with multitasking across several projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience creating detailed requirements and presentations.
Experience working in an agile team and leading agile ceremonies.
High School Diploma/GED is a minimum requirement.
Travel: 10%
Pay Range: $77,000 - $131,000 Annually
Expected Work Location (Remote) It is expected that you will primarily perform work remotely. You may be asked to travel, as needed, to the Wendy’s Restaurant Support Center (RSC) at 1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017, or to other designated locations. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.
