Overview
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers using everyday language.
Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney. Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws with a valid PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have, or be willing to obtain, an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
