Zurich North America is accepting applications for the 2026 Finance Development Program – Finance Track. This is a full-time, two-year entry-level rotational program based in Schaumburg, IL, designed to develop technical and leadership skills to become a senior-level financial analyst. Trainees rotate through core disciplines in Finance and gain exposure to senior leaders. About The Role

Do you enjoy unlocking the power of numbers to drive results? The Finance Development Program provides four 6-month rotations through core finance disciplines, including opportunities in Planning and Performance Management, Finance Operations, Credit Risk, and more. Responsibilities

Participate in four 6-month rotations within the Finance organization across core disciplines. Develop technical and leadership skills to support Zurich’s growth and financial performance. Engage with senior leaders and contribute to finance-related projects and initiatives. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and no prior experience in the Accounting or Finance area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including an Associate Degree and no prior experience in the Accounting or Finance area AND Knowledge of accounting or finance principles Preferred Qualifications

Previous corporate internship experience Aptitude for automation and process improvement Solid knowledge of accounting or finance principles General ledger or accounting transactional experience Intermediate Microsoft Office experience Experience with general ledger, financial reporting systems, or treasury workstation Strong verbal and written communication skills Additional Details

Location(s): AM – Schaumburg | Remote Working: Hybrid | Schedule: Full Time | Employment Sponsorship Offered: No Compensation and rewards are influenced by location, role, skill set, and experience. The proposed salary for this position is $80,850 with a short-term incentive bonus eligibility of 10%.
