We are seeking a
hands-on and detail-oriented Controller / Director of Finance
to oversee accounting, payroll, compliance, and reporting across our multi-unit operations. This leadership role ensures
financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, ACA reporting, insurance audits, and tangible property tax management
— all while partnering closely with ownership and operations to drive profitability and growth. If you’re a proactive financial leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do
Lead all accounting operations: general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review monthly financial statements and consolidated reports for all centers. Conduct
payroll, insurance, and compliance audits
for accuracy and documentation integrity. Manage
ACA compliance, wage garnishments, and benefits reporting . File and track
tangible property tax assessments and payments . Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Partner with ownership to analyze unit-level performance and recommend improvement strategies. Ensure adherence to
GAAP, internal controls, and franchise reporting standards . Implement process improvements and mentor accounting team members. What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA strongly preferred). 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance leadership —
multi-unit or franchise experience a plus. Proven expertise in
ACA compliance, payroll audits, insurance audits, and tangible property tax. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with
QuickBooks, ERP systems, and Excel-based reporting. Hands-on leadership style with high attention to detail and integrity. What We Offer
