Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid – Little Champs ABA
Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing treatment plans for clients. Sign‑on Bonus: $3,000.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Design ABA curriculum plans and review, update on a regular basis.
Create behavior intervention plans.
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
Meet regularly with the treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
Analyze ABA data and implement data‑driven program changes.
Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.

Requirements
Current Board Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
