About the Role As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within an Amazon Operations facility that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. You will be encouraged to participate in career development opportunities as your career progresses at Amazon.

Key Job Responsibilities

Allocate, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities

Handle support requests and procedures across the network

Assist in training new hires

Continuously learn new technologies

Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers

Move up to 49 lb and stand or walk for 10‑12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of corporate‑setting support experience for Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems

Experience maintaining Zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals

Preferred Qualifications

CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Red Hat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS or other industry‑relevant certifications

Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service

Compensation and Benefits Amazon offers competitive compensation packages including comprehensive healthcare benefits starting on Day 1, a matching 401(k) program, and up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave. This position’s base pay ranges from $44,000 per year in our lowest geographic market to $91,800 per year in our highest geographic market. Additional equity, sign‑on payments, and other compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
