What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Review and negotiate contracts to achieve business objectives while mitigating risk.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external customers on contractual matters.
Ensure timely review, approval, or negotiation and reconciliation of contract variations.
Advise management on contractual rights and obligations, providing interpretation of terms and conditions.
Assist in the documentation of internal policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field OR Paralegal Certificate OR equivalent related work experience.
1-2 years of experience in legal and/or Federal contracts such as NDAs, BAAs, Reps and Certs, Event Contracts.
1-2 years of experience with Federal and/or State and Local contract requirements.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional verbal and written communication.
Proven negotiation skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with FARS and DFARS.
Contracts database experience and Salesforce.com experience.
Customer service‑driven mindset.
